Call Waiting

Overview

While on a call, receive notifications of another incoming call with Call Waiting. If you take the call, it's easy to switch between the two calls.

Enable Call Waiting

  1. Tap Drop-down menu (3 dots icon) > Settings > Advanced.
  2. Enable Call Waiting.

Use Call Waiting

  • Put the first call on hold then choose an option:
    • Decline
    • Answer

​Troubleshooting tips

  • I do not see an incoming call while I am on current call
    • Make sure the phone number is not blocked in the phonebook.
    • Make sure "Call Waiting Pop Up" notification is enabled for the ntouch app in Android phone settings.
