Video Center offers a wide variety of video content organized into multiple channels, programs, and episodes.
- Previous video(s) will not show if they were sent prior to new installation or VP replacement.
- Channels will disappear when there is no video content in the channel and reappear when new video content is added.
- Contact Customer Service to request videos if you are missing a video in Video Center.
I am not able to see any video
- You may have encountered the issue when Sorenson's servers are temporarily unavailable. Try these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
- Force quit app then login again or reboot the VP.
- Check your internet to make sure it is working as expected. Open a web browser and if it opens Internet Service Provider page containing some kind of warning then there may be issue with your provider and you may need to call them.
