Block Caller

Overview

Block or unblock a caller

Note: Calls from blocked callers will not show up on your call history list

To Turn On the Feature

This Block Caller feature is enabled by default and no action needs to be taken on your part to enable it.  If you do not see the feature, please contact us. 

To Block or Unblock a Caller through Blocked List

  1. Start at the Home screen
  2. Select Phonebook
  3. Select Blocked
    • To block a caller
      1. Select the Block Contact button
      2. Enter the text you want to save
      3. Select Save
    • To unblock a caller
      1. Select the contact you want to unblock
      2. Select the third icon Remove from Block List on bottom right of the program
      3.  Select Yes

To Block a Caller through Contacts

  1. Start at the Home screen
  2. Select Phonebook
  3. Select Contacts
  4. Select the contact you want to block
  5. Select the third icon Block Caller on bottom right of the program
  6. Select Yes

To Block a Caller through Call History

  1. Start at the Home screen
  2. Select Call History
  3. Select the call history you want to block
  4. Select the third icon Block Caller on bottom right of the program
  5. Select Yes

To Block a Caller through SignMail

  1. Start at the Home screen
  2. Select SignMail
  3. Select the SignMail you want to block
  4. Click on triple dots on upper right corner of the program
  5. Select Block Caller
  6. Select Yes
