You can use the filtering buttons to select to view a list of the Contacts you have saved.

Note: The changes made to the contacts in the Phonebook will not update the Call History retroactively.

Create a new contact

  1. Select Phonebook > Contacts > New Contact.
  2. Enter the information.
  3. Select Save.

Edit a contact

  1. Select Phonebook > Contacts.
  2. Select a contact record.
  3. Select Edit to edit the information.
  4. Select Save.

Delete a contact

  1. Select Phonebook > Contacts.
  2. Select a contact record.
  3. Select Delete Contact (trash can icon)
  4. Select Yes.

Enable Spanish VRS in Contacts

  1. Select Settings > General.
  2. Check the box for Enable Spanish Features.
  3. Select Save.

Import contacts from other Sorenson product

  1. Select Settings > Phonebook.
  2. Enter your phone number and password.
  3. Select Begin Import.

Troubleshooting tip

I am not able to create, edit, or delete contacts
  • You may have encountered the issue when Sorenson's servers are temporarily unavailable. Try these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
    1. Force quit app then login again or reboot the VP.
    2. Check your internet to make sure it is working as expected. Open a web browser and if it opens Internet Service Provider page containing some kind of warning then there may be issue with your provider and you may need to call them.
