1080p Video


The ntouch VP2 sets a new standard in video quality for video calls with up to 1080p resolution. Because it is created specifically for the Deaf community, the ntouch VP2 optimizes the video for ASL communication.

To Change the Self-view Image Video Settings before or during a call

  1. Choose the scenario that applies to you:
    • Adjust your Self-view image before call, Start at Home screen
      • Select Camera Controls
    • When in an active call, press OK button on the remote control
      • Select Video
  2. Choose one of the below options depending on what you want to do:
    • Select Zoom & Pan to zoom the camera image in and out or move the image that is being recorded by your camera:
      • Use Zoom control to zoom the camera image in and out
      • Press OK button on the remote control to move between the Zoom and Pan controls
      • Use Pan control to move the camera image up, down, left or right
    • Select View Mode to change the view (Applicable during an active call only):
      • Full-screen without Self-view
      • Split-screen
      • Full-screen with Self-view
    • Select Focus to adjust the camera's focus:
      • Use the Focus control to manually adjust the camera’s focus
      • Select the Auto Focus button to reactivate the camera’s auto focus function
      • When you use Auto Focus, remember to sit very still to let the camera find the best focus. If needed, you can select Auto Focus again until you get a satisfactory image.
    • Select Brightness/Saturation to adjust the camera's brightness and color saturation leavels:
      • Use Brightness control to manually adjust the camera’s brightness level
      • Use Saturation control to manually adjust the camera’s color saturation level
    • Select Move picture control (Applicable during an active call):
      • Use arrow buttons on the remote control to move the Self-view image

To Turn On or Off the Video Privacy Automatically for Incoming Call

  1. Start at Home screen
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Device Options
  4. Select Privacy/Notifications
  5. Select Always answer calls in Privacy Mode?
