Enable Audio and Show Audio Meter

- Select Settings > Call Options > Voice & Call Audio.
- Check the box for Use Allow point-to-point audio in my videophone calls
- Optional: Check the box for Show volume meter in call

- Select Settings > Device Options > Sound.
- Check the box for Use point-to-point audio?
- Optional: Check the box for Show audio meter?
Enable Ringer Sounds & Adjust Volume and Pitch
Note: The ringer sounds come from the bottom of the main unit (next to the fan vents)

- Select Settings > Device Options > Notifications.
- Check the box for Play ringer sounds?
- Adjust What is my phone's ringer volume?
- Adjust What is my phone's ringer pitch?

- Select Settings > Device Options > Sound.
- Check the box for Play ringer sounds?
- Adjust What is my phone's ringer volume?
- Adjust What is my phone's ringer pitch?
Enable Microphone
Note: ntouch VP2 supports 3.5mm 4-pin CTIA/Apple connectors. No other connector types are supported.
- At an active call screen, press the OK button on your remote.
- Select microphone icon then press OK button.
Troubleshooting tips

I hear a beep every 10 seconds when using BlueParrott VXI B250-xt Bluetooth headset
- That is the microphone mute reminder beep. To mute the reminder beep, hold down the Volume Up/Mute button for two seconds until you hear a beep.

The person cannot hear me through VP
- While in a call, turn on the microphone through the in-call menu.
- Press OK on the remote control to bring up the in-call menu.
- Select the microphone icon then press OK.
- Reset the camera's connection to the videophone.
- Unplug the camera and the power.
- Plug in the camera then power.
- Check the cables to see if there are any damages.

I cannot hear the person I am talking to through VP
- Make sure that the HDMI cable is plugged in all the way.
- Turn up the volume on TV.
- Unplug the HDMI cable on VP then plug it in.
- Test another HDMI port on the TV.
- Try another HDMI cable.

The person cannot hear me through the headset
- Reset the headset's connection to the videophone.
- Unplug the headset and the power.
- Plug in the headset and the power.
- Test using another headset that has a microphone.
- Check the cables and headset to see if there is any damage.
- Reset the headset's connection to the videophone.
