Overview

ntouch VP2 has two built-in microphones in the camera to provide improved audio quality for your calls

Enable Point-to-Point Audio

  1. Select Settings > Device Options > Sound
  2. Check the box for Use point-to-point audio?

Enable Audio and Show Meter

  1. Select Settings > Device Options > Sound
  2. Check the box for Use point-to-point audio?
    • Check the box for Show audio meter? to see meter during call

Enable Ringer Sounds & Control Volume and Pitch

  1. Select Settings > Device Options > Sound
  2. Check the box for Play ringer sounds?
    • Adjust What is my phone's ringer volume? by selecting the + or - buttons
    • Adjust What is my phone's ringer pitch? by selecting the + or - buttons

Troubleshooting tips

I hear a beep every 10 seconds when using BlueParrott VXI B250-xt Bluetooth headset
  • That is the microphone mute/unmute reminder beep.  To mute the reminder beep, hold down the Volume Up/Mute button for two seconds until you hear a beep

The person cannot hear me through VP
  1. While in a call, turn on the Microphone through the in-call menu
    1. Press OK on the remote control to bring up the in-call menu
    2. Select the microphone icon then press OK
  2. Reset the camera's connection to the videophone
    1. Unplug the camera and the power
    2. Plug in the camera then power
  3. Check the cables to see if there are any damages
I cannot hear the phone I am talking to through VP
  1. Make sure that the HDMI cable is plugged in all the way
  2. Turn up the volume on TV
  3. Unplug the HDMI cable on VP then plug it in
  4. Test another HDMI port on the TV
  5. Try another HDMI cable
