To Turn On the Feature
This Call Transfer feature is enabled by default and no action needs to be taken on your part to enable it. If you do not see the feature, please contact us.
To Use the Feature
- At an active call screen, press the OK key on the remote control.
- Select Transfer.
- The Transfer menu lets you transfer the current call by one of these options:
- Call History
The Call Transfer feature does not show when I try to transfer a SVRS (Sorenson Video Relay Service) call
- This Call Transfer feature is not available with SVRS calls at this time.
The Call Transfer error message appears when someone tries to transfer a call
- Check to make sure the phone number is not blocked in the phonebook.
