With myPhone, you can group up to five Sorenson ntouch products into one "myPhone Group." When your myPhone Group is created, each of the ntouch products added to the group becomes a "member" of that group. All groups members share a single local phone number and one Phonebook, Call History, SignMail, Video Center and Block List. When your myPhone phone number is called, all members of your group will ring at once.
To Turn On the Feature
Please call Customer Service to setup, add, or make changes to your myPhone group or phone number.
I saved my Share Text information but it does not show up on my other ntouch product
- The saved text information will only be saved to that ntouch product and will not be stored on Sorenson.
I updated my 911 Location Information but it does not update on my other ntouch product
- Please update your 911 Location Information on all ntouch products so that Sorenson can properly route any 911 calls you may make.
I deleted my Call History record but it is still on my other ntouch product
- You will need to delete each record on all of your ntouch products.
